Residential tower
Resident recognition, delivery-rider visitor passes, quiet-hours operation, elderly-fall detection in the car.
Buildings
An elevator that knows who you are, hears what you need and handles the worst day.
Smart elevator intelligence: face and badge recognition for touchless, permission-aware calls; voice commands in any language; and an emergency brain that detects distress, talks to the people inside and coordinates the response.
A moment with Sentinel Lift
A resident steps in and the car already knows her floor. A visitor says "reception, please" and the doors close. At 02:14 the car stops between floors with a person showing signs of panic; the system calms them, calls the operator with a live feed and status, and dispatches the technician with the fault code already in hand.
The problem it removes
01 / 06Capability 1
Face, badge or phone recognises the rider and calls the car to the floors they are allowed to reach. Visitors get time-boxed access.
Capability 2
Say the floor, the company or the person. Works for wheelchair users, people carrying things and anyone who would rather not touch a panel.
Capability 3
Detects falls, collapse, trapped passengers, smoke and aggression; opens a voice and video channel, informs occupants, and runs the building's evacuation rules.
04 / 06Capability 4
Vibration, door cycles, motor current and ride quality are scored continuously; faults are predicted and ranked before they stop the car.
Capability 5
Destination dispatch tuned to real traffic: morning up-peak, lunch, deliveries, events.
Capability 6
Recognition runs on the car controller; templates are encrypted and revocable; a visitor can always use the panel.
How it works
Operations
Live status, detections with the clip or image that triggered them, who was notified and what happened next. Per room, per car, per gate, per site.
| Sensing | In-car camera with on-device inference, mic array, load cell, 3-axis vibration, door and motor sensors |
|---|---|
| Compute | Car controller with NPU; building server for dispatch and identity |
| Identity | Face, RFID/NFC badge, BLE phone, PIN fallback; GDPR-ready consent flows |
| Integration | OEM controllers via CANopen/Modbus/OPC-UA, access control, BMS, fire alarm, VMS |
| Retrofit | Works with most traction and hydraulic lifts without replacing the drive |
Integrations
Deployments
Resident recognition, delivery-rider visitor passes, quiet-hours operation, elderly-fall detection in the car.
Badge-free destination dispatch, visitor pre-registration, lift-group optimisation for 6–12 cars.
Bed and staff priority, infection-control touchless mode, emergency override integrated with the nurse call system.

Questions
Yes, in most cases. The car unit and sensors fit inside the car and machine room and talk to the existing controller; the drive stays.
A mathematical template is stored on the building server, encrypted, with consent recorded. Images are not kept. Users can delete their template at any time.
Your operator, our 24/7 desk, or both, with the live feed, car status and nearest technician on one screen.
